Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It involves precise movements using the Reformer machine, teaching techniques to enhance physical and mental wellness.
The sequence flows at a pace you're comfortable with which allows for attention to detail on each of the exercises. You will learn to coordinate your breathing, build full body strength. body awareness & control.
The Reformer teaches you to appreciate where you are in your body and how best to serve it.
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in and grippy socks.
These sessions are private 1-2-1 sessions with Laura and can be booked to suit your time and schedule.
