LAURA

Laura is the founder of Boutique Pilates and brings over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry — so you’re in expert hands.

She says, “Nothing has held my attention quite like the Pilates method. It’s kept my mind and body strong since 2011. I truly believe Joseph Pilates wanted his method to be accessible to everyone and every body.”

Passionate about helping people feel strong and capable, Laura has worked with hundreds of clients — from pre and postnatal mums to men and women of all ages — guiding them to build resilient, balanced bodies through mindful movement.

Her background includes studies with the International Institute of Sports Therapy, earning National Diplomas in Advanced Sports Therapy and Health & Fitness, as well as certifications with Cherry Baker Modern Pilates, BASI Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Power Pilates New York Classical Mat, and Balanced Body Reformer. She also holds specialist qualifications with the American Council on Exercise and Burrell Education for Pre & Postnatal Assessment and Exercise Prescription.

ELYSIA

Elysia brings the perfect blend of science, movement, and personality to every class. A graduate in Human Nutrition from the University of Bath and a Cherry Baker Modern Pilates trained instructor, she combines deep knowledge of the body with a light-hearted, energising teaching style.

Known for her contemporary flow, effortless sequencing, and cheeky humour, Elysia’s classes strike the balance between challenge and enjoyment — you’ll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and uplifted.

Her holistic approach to health has earned her a loyal community who love her philosophy of nourishing the body through movement and mindful eating. Whether she’s in the studio or sharing inspiration online, Elysia empowers others to feel good from the inside out.

SOPHIA

Sophia’s Pilates journey began during her second pregnancy, when she joined Laura’s Bump to Baby classes — and she’s never looked back. She recalls never having felt stronger, both physically and mentally, than when she discovered Pilates — an experience that inspired her to train as a teacher herself.

“We can all benefit from the beauty of Pilates, it’s low impact yet wonderfully effective and incredibly empowering.”

Sophia’s teaching style reflects her own evolution from beginner to advanced student to passionate instructor. Calm yet strong, she creates a space where everyone feels supported, capable, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

PIPPA

Pippa is an experienced chiropractor and movement specialist who brings a wealth of knowledge to her Pilates classes. As the owner of Circus Health, a thriving studio in Bath, she has spent years helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and move with confidence.

Having seen first-hand how Pilates supports rehabilitation, Pippa integrates it as an invaluable tool for restoring balance, building strength, and preventing injury.

Her teaching style blends Modern Pilates principles with rehab techniques, barre, and functional core work, creating sessions that are as effective as they are enjoyable.

TANYA

Tanya brings an uplifting, down-to-earth energy to every Pilates class. With over a decade of experience in movement, yoga, and wellness, she helps you find strength, fluidity, and confidence in your body — without taking yourself too seriously.

Her journey has taken her from the beaches of Hawaii to the studios of New York, from India to Saudi Arabia, and now to the UK — teaching everywhere from boutique studios to luxury resorts like Secrets Saint Martin and The Fives Beach Resort, Mexico.

Currently deepening her craft through the Everybody Pilates Classical Mat, Reformer, and Tower certification, Tanya’s classes blend precision with flow — leaving you stronger, more connected, and recharged in both body and mind.
