Dynamic Pilates

Classical Pilates follows the original sequence of Joseph Pilates. It was designed to move the body through a full range of movements that build intelligently with foundational exercises at the beginning with more complex exercises as you gain strength and control.

During this class you will flow through some of the original mat work of Joseph Pilates along side inspirational music giving the class its uplifting feel and invigorating workout.

Pilates moves are demonstrated and built up. Options can be given for various ability and skill level.

Dynamic Pilates would suit intermediate students and those that have previous Pilates experience.

Restorative Pilates or Foundation Pilates are good classes to start with if you have no Pilates experience.

The flowing nature of the class helps you to really connect with what you’re doing at a nice pace. Theres a good balance of working your core, stretching and feeling like you’ve had a workout - it’s more intense than other Pilates classes I’ve tried but I’d highly recommend it!
