Barre & Core is a 45 minute fusion workout combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, and strength training.
The classes will improve your balance, build strength, improve flexibility, energise you whilst strengthening your core.
Your Barre & Core instructor is Louisa, a previous professional ballet dancer, dancing with companies such as the English National Ballet and Scottish Ballet and was fortunate to tour the UK and Australia, dancing in various classical ballets including Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking classes is on a flexible term or you can sign up for a monthly subscription.
You book in advance, booking closes 1hr before class.
You can block book classes by selecting the class date and choose recurring. Other days/times will then be visible.
